3 tablespoons of dry gluten free porridge oats – 10g of plant based vanilla protein powder – 1 teaspoon of sunflower seeds – 1 teaspoon of chia seeds – Plant based milk – 1 teaspoon of super greens mix – ½ banana – Small handful of blueberries – Plant based vanilla yogurt – ½ teaspoon of powdered triphala –

Super charged porridge Directions

  1. In a breakfast bowl, soak overnight in the fridge the top 5 ingredients, creating a mushy consistency.

  2. In the morning, remove from the fridge and pour into a saucepan and gently warm up, do not bring to boil. You may need to add extra plantbased mylk to reach desired consistency.

  3. Add rest of the ingredients.

  4. Enjoy this balanced and animal friendly gluten free porridge.
